03 Aug August 2nd – Meshugarama!
Shalom from Camp Massad!
After a jam packed day of Festival, today was back to regularly scheduled peulot. We said Le’hitraot to Bisseleh, we miss them already and can’t wait to see them all next year!
This afternoon everyone headed out to the clearing in the forest to build shelters. All the kids were given tarps and ropes and had to build a shelter that would protect them from the rain. We were so impressed with all the cool and innovative ideas they came up with.
This evening was Meshugarama, a Camp Massad classic. The campers were split up into groups of four and competed in a variety of fun games from making up cheers, decorating a flag, to camp trivia and more!
After a busy week we are looking forward to bringing in Shabbat as a camp community.
